Bending and fitting the cage. We had an idea of what we wanted, but nothing on paper.
The cage is made of .095 x 1 1/2"dia. mild steel tubing. I bought a Pro Tools bender and I am very pleased with it.

A view of the dash with Autometer "Traditional" gauges. We also wired this buggy with a fold down fuse panel, like I did on my orange Manx.
We built the rollcage with the overhead bars spaced out from the center to make the buggy safer then the cages with overhead bars installed a foot apart. It is still very easy to get in and out of. As a matter of fact the overhead bars are not even an issue when entering or exiting the buggy.

Finally got rid of that noisy stinger that I kept walking into and installed a nice quiet stainless steel Super Trapp. Thanks go to Jeff formerly at Appletree Auto for doing the spur of the moment tig welding and fabbing to get the muffler installed.
