The floorpan has had the new halves installed, been shortened,sand blasted and has had POR15 applied. It's ready for the body.

Dave is glassing a flexible plastic tube to the underside of the fenders. It will add a bit of rigidity and provide a route for the wiring to make it's way to the rear of the buggy. The tubing was also glassed in across the top of the back firewall to provide a wire run for the engine and tail light wiring.

Here is the hood with a Corvette fuel door installed. It looks as if it were made for it.

Here is a shot of Dave's "shop". Plenty of room and plenty of "big boy toys".

Dave's Berrien Buggys "Nostalgia" buggy at Silver Lake sand dunes in Michigan. This was taken just hours after the completion of the buggy. He completed the buggy sometime after midnite on Friday and the photo was take on Saturday morning about 10:00 am.. During that time he drove 4 hours to Silver Lake with the buggy in tow.

Nice clean dash. Notice the unique shape of the Berrien Nostalgia dash. In this photo, the buggy still has the stock VW speedometer.

When this picture was taken, Dave still didn't have new wheels for his buggy. The buggy performed great for the entire weekend, considering this was it's maiden voyage.

Dave is in the market for a nice pair of 6" wide Appliance Pacer wheels to match the front wheels. If anyone has a set laying around let me know.

The newest addition...8" wide Appliance Pacer rear wheels. He picked them up at the Michigan Buggy Builders Swap Meet in Lansing, Michigan.

Dave has a little to much time on his hands, He ran the wiring for the turn signal switch inside the steering column. It looks nice and clean.

Dave wanted to see what a Manx sticker would look like on the nose. He has plans to have a custom sticker made for his buggy.
