Exhaust shop noted that there was some variation in the stubs - a bit of work was required on a couple to make them fit properly.

Only the #3/4 side is tacked in place thus far.

Ground clearance was a concern so the exhaust shop ran the primaries under the gearbox cradle rather than under the case.

#1/2 primaries will be bent up and over the right side axle utilising the space above the gearbox.

System will be 4 into 1 with muffler tucked in behind rear apron with dual exhaust tips out of stock cutouts. Will update more pics in a couple of weeks when it is completed.

Dropped into exhaust shop today - should be all done by tomorrow morning (Saturday). I'll get the car tilt-trayed home to start sorting out all the other bits and pieces before separating the body and pan yet again.
Anyway, here is the first pic of the spaghetti junction:
The #3/4 side is now complete.

They changed the plan slightly and routed the 3/4 side primaries next to the axle rather than up and over it. All primaries are 36 inches in length (only one varied by 1/4inch). By this arvo or tomorrow morning they will have finished the 4 into 1 collector and routed it into the muffler.

Pipework is all mild steel which will be HPC'ed. But from the flange (after 4:1 collector is made) onwards (including muffler) is stainless steel....pretty eh?
These brackets are to support the muffler but will be beefed up by exhaust shop before they are done.

Shot from the front - most of ground clearance has been maintained which is great. Heat proof sheeting will be applied to muffler to protect the fibreglass breast plate under crank pulley.

Side view - upon closer inspection the guys determined more reinforcing to the muffler brackets was not required as it was held very securely with the brackets as seen in the pics.

This is where all the time (and $$) was for the muffler that was fabricated from scratch in stainless steel - the half moon cutout was required to clear the breast plate (crank pulley section).
