Here is the gearbox after rebuild by German Autos. 3.88r&p and standard 1-4 gears (1500 box).

Axle tubes received two pack basecoat clearcoat in silver as well.

Here is the heavy duty side plate from CB performance. Internally lies a super diff as well.

I decided to dress up the box and polish the ribs (varying grades of flap wheels in the die grinder used)

Then used a buffing and polishing wheel to shine the ribs up.

Next up was some high temp paint - checked with gearbox builder to ensure it wouldn't affect heat build up too much (only a concern in race situations).

Cleaned up the ribs post-painting, looks a little tidier than before.
