Sorted out the brake lines today...here are the front lines in place...

Thanks to a mate, the pan is now stripped once again in readiness for POR15 (not chassis coat this time).

Put down two coats of POR15 onto the freshly sanded pan - lookin nice and shiny.

Had to ramp the pan up to allow a bit of room to strip and repaint the underside today. Lots of fun...not.

Thanks to my mate for installing the new 10mm stainless hard line through the tunnel - turned out very neat!

The line and NPT fittings are good for up to 20,000psi (no $hit - they are originally for gas lines)...so they will handle the 3.5psi quite adequately!
