Another shot of the coupler. If you have a urethane coupler (like in the picture) get rid of it. If you are thinking of installing a urethane coupler, don't. They are truly JUNK. This is the last time this coupler was ever seen.

There is a puddle of fuel in the fuel gauge sending unit. That explains the fuel smell in the cockpit.

So I don't have to use a 4 relay setup for the turnsignals or mount another taillight for the turn signals on each side. I decided to just add another bulb to the exsisting lights. Here is a picture of the socket installed.

Deb now has a custom "one off", billet aluminum turn signal lever on her buggy. I couldn't resist spending a little time on the lathe.

Paul brought the rather flimsy body to a fiberglass shop and had them shoot the underside of the body with fiberglass to reinforce it. While they had it he had them shoot it with a metalflake blue gelcoat. This picture is the start of the reassembly process.
The laptop is being used to look at pictures of the wiring that were taken during disassembly to aid in reassembly.

The finish is a little orange peely but it still looks a bunch better then it used to. I think it will holdup to the kids jumping in and out of the back seat better then paint would.
