We started by making a front bulkhead out of 3/8" plywood.

The bulkhead was made out of 2 pieces to get a better fit to the side walls, floor & tunnel area.

We made a cross piece out of 2X3" wood to hold the top hinge in place.

After the support structure was in place, we made side panels which have a shelf to hold the movable top in place.

We made the top panel next. It is also made of 1/2" plywood. The rear portion is not moveable.
