Post strip down, pan and running gear was sold/given away as pan half was rusted and I was after ball joint front end.

I didn't have a digital camera at the time so missed a few progress shots (this is after sourcing a used bonnet and replacing the entire front clip with a used section off a euro 66).

A closer look at the front clip - black paint is where it was cut and welded - lots of trial fits and careful alignment!

After removing all wiring etc had the body blasted - finally one colour! (operator was overzealous and warped some panels especially roof and doors).

The blasting showed up a whole load more rust holes than I expected/wanted. Time to break out the mig! Spot on rear 1/4 is where it had to be shrunk after being stretch after the accident.
